It is a time of spiritual reflection, self-improvement, and increased devotion and worship. During this month, Muslims fast from dawn until sunset, refraining from eating and drinking as a way to practice self-discipline, empathy for the less fortunate, and to focus on spiritual growth. Ramadan is also a time for increased prayer, reading the Quran, and performing acts of charity and kindness. It is a time for community, family gatherings, and coming together to break the fast each evening. Ramadan is a special and sacred time for Muslims, filled with blessings, forgiveness, and opportunities for personal growth.
